A primary school choir in Sunderland delighted residents and staff of High Grindon House by singing a host of Christmas carols.
The children at St Cuthbert’s Catholic Primary School, which is part of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust, loved being part of the festivities at the retired housing complex.
Head of school Alex Steele said: “A huge thank you to our choir, Mr Jake Smithson and Mrs Sarah Briggs, who have put a lot of time into practising some hymns and Christmas carols to sing to the residents and staff at High Grindon House. All children were exceptionally well behaved and we are very proud of them.”
